HOW EMPLOYEES CAN EARN A SCRATCH OFF CARD
FedEx package handlers and drivers have two ways to earn a scratch off card:
1️⃣ Weekly Safety Meeting: Every employee receives one card per week during the presort safety meeting, where workplace safety is discussed and reinforced.
2️⃣ On-the-Spot Recognition: Supervisors can immediately award a card when they witness an employee demonstrating safe work practices. This instant recognition reinforces positive behavior and encourages continued safety awareness.
Approved Prizes:
Employees can redeem scratch off cards for:
✔ FedEx store merchandise (under $25)
✔ QRP Points
✔ Candy or other vending items
🚫 Non-Approved Prizes: Cash, gift cards, time off, televisions, or any other electronics are not permitted as rewards.
HOW TO PLAY
🔹 Top Scratch Area: Reveals a 1 or 2, determining the number of points earned. These points can be accumulated and redeemed for FedEx store merchandise (under $25), QRP Points, candy, or other vending items, based on your site's set point values.
🔹 Bottom Scratch Area: Employees collect letters to spell "SAFETY." Once all six letters are collected, they can either win instantly or be entered into a monthly drawing for a chance to win a prize.
