HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The package handler or driver can earn a scratch off card two different ways:
1. Everyone receives one card each week at a weekly presort meeting where safety in the workplace is discussed.
2. Cards are awarded when a supervisor witnesses an employee exhibiting safe behavior. The card is instant recognition of this behavior and encourages future positive actions.
WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?
FedEx store merchandise under $25, QRP Points, candy, or other vending items.
HOW TO PLAY
The top scratch area has the number 1 or 2 in it. The points in the scratch off area can add up to prizes that your site sets point values for. The points can be used to redeem FedEx sstore merchandise under $25, QRP Points, candy, or other vending items.
The bottom scratch off area lets employees collect letters to spell "SAFETY" - once an employee collects all six letters, they can either be an instant winner or entered into a monthly drawing for a chance to win a prize.
